As a continuous improvement for customer service WOEI is investing into writing instructions for installing parts. We see this as a necessary need of our customers as the technology increases in the tractor pulling market. As builders we forget we do this 16hrs a day and 7 days a week. The customers have the passion for pulling and want to do their own work but don’t have the product knowledge. Our goal is to provide instructions with every major part we sell. So far we have created 67 instructions. We currently are working on instructions for engine assembly. I see this as a 2-3 year project to complete all instructions. We started with the ones the customers struggle with installation the most, like Cam Instructions, Pro Fab Installation. We know the customer wants to install their newly purchased parts correctly and WOEI wants the same thing.
